What it actually does well

Look, 110 bar is not going to strip paint off a car or blast through concrete. But for what most people actually need, a grimy patio, a mucky garden chair, the moss situation developing on the driveway, it handles it without fuss. Bosch build quality is solid. Corded means no faff with batteries dying mid-job, which I personally rate higher than people admit.

My neighbour borrowed something similar last spring for his decking and genuinely could not believe the difference after twenty minutes. That kind of job. Satisfying, quick, proper good.

Who this is for (and who it isn't)

If you've got a large driveway, a fleet of cars, or you're cleaning commercial kit regularly, this isn't your tool. You'd want something more powerful, probably petrol. But for a standard semi-detached garden, seasonal patio cleaning, or keeping the bins from becoming a biohazard, the Aquatak is spot on.

Also worth saying: corded means you need a long enough extension lead and a power point within reach. Small thing, but it catches people out.

The honest reservation

No listed original price makes the "discount at checkout" claim a bit hard to verify. Community heat on HotUKDeals is high, which usually means people have cross-checked it, but I'd still have a quick search before hitting buy. At around forty-six quid if the discount lands properly, it's fair value for a branded pressure washer. Just confirm the final price in your basket before committing.
