What you're actually getting
So, CMF is Nothing's cheaper line. Same sort of design language, fewer bells, lower price. The Watch 3 Pro runs with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, which at this price point is genuinely not half bad. Sharp, readable in sunlight, nice colours. You're not squinting at a washed-out LCD like on some rivals at this price.
Battery life is quoted at 13 days. Realistically, with always-on display and GPS pinging regularly, you'll get closer to 7 or 8. Still perfectly decent, honestly. Better than charging every other night.
Who should buy this, and who shouldn't
This is spot on for someone who wants fitness tracking basics - steps, heart rate, sleep - without paying Garmin money or getting sucked into the Apple Watch ecosystem. If you just want something tidy on your wrist that lasts the week and doesn't cost a fortune, this fits.
It's not for you if you're a serious runner wanting granular GPS data or someone who needs third-party app support beyond the basics. The CMF companion app does the job, but it's not going to replace Garmin Connect anytime soon.
A mate of mine grabbed one after his old Fitbit died and he's been perfectly happy for three months. He wasn't after anything fancy, just something reliable. That's the sweet spot here.
The honest reservation
The silver colourway looks clean in photos but can feel a bit plasticky in hand. Not terrible, just worth knowing before you expect something premium. At under sixty quid though, it's hard to be too precious about it.
