The tea that needs no introduction
Yorkshire Tea is, genuinely, one of those things that doesn't need much selling. If you've had it, you know. Strong, proper colour in the cup, works well with hard water and soft water alike. My mum has used nothing else for about thirty years, and I once made the mistake of buying supermarket own-brand when I was visiting. She noticed immediately. Second sip.
This 600-bag box is the kind of thing you buy once and forget about for a couple of months, which is honestly the point.
Who this actually suits
If you're a one-cup-a-day person who's a bit precious about loose leaf, this probably isn't your thing. But if you've got a household that drinks tea like it's a competitive sport, buying in this quantity makes quiet sense. At roughly 2p a bag on Subscribe and Save, you're not going to find a better everyday brew for less.
The S&S price nudges it down further, which is a nice touch if you can be bothered to set that up. Some people find S&S fiddly. Fair enough.
One honest reservation
Storage. 1.875kg of tea bags is not a small thing. You need a cupboard that can handle it, ideally somewhere dry and away from strong smells (tea bags absorb odours faster than you'd think). Not a dealbreaker, just worth knowing before you click buy and then spend ten minutes shuffling things around in the kitchen.
Otherwise, if Yorkshire Tea is already your go-to, this bulk box is spot on.
